Expectation & Requirements
TradeXBank seeks dedicated and motivated young professionals, ready to bring fresh energy and innovative ideas to our CTF Relationship Management and Risk Department. This program demands serious commitment and positive attitude, as we aim to nurture future leaders, who are eager to take on the challenges of the CTF industry.
Duration: 12 months (rotation between Risk Management and CTF Relationship Management)

- To bring innovative ideas and perspectives to the table
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity
- A strong interest in CTF business and to be keen in working in the banking and financial industry
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Understanding of risk management and financial markets
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English (German or French would be an asset)
